• Hold a wide range of responsibilities to seek the church's overall growth in relation to the vision of "Loving Jesus and those He created".
• Provide spiritual care through visitation, counseling, and prayer.
• Identify and train leaders throughout The Vine Church, including the establishment of our deacon team.
• Teach the Word of God through regular preaching, bible studies, and classes.
• Work with the Lead Pastor and Worship Director to coordinate our Sunday Services and order of worship.
• Administrate church volunteers and the delegate administration to other volunteers where possible.
• Provide spiritual and administrative leadership to church and manage daily operations.

I started my employment at NW Label in Shipping and Receiving, and quickly made advancements in the company. After a year in that position, I was promoted to Print Press Operator where I spent many years. From there I became the Production Supervisor before being promoted to Production Manager in 2019.
