Work History
Cultivation Lead / Manager
10 Months- Ensured room temps , feedings and light ppms were in their desired realms.
- Made sure the team had the correct skirting and deleafing skills to get the job done right and keep the plants healthy.
- Performed and mixed IPM sprays when needed
- Mixed nutrients when nedded as well
- Created room plans in excel for plant loads
- Did whatever was needed to get the job done correctly
Cultivator
2 Years 5 Months- At shango my responsibilities in the grow were to deleaf plants to allow light to reach the middle and lower areas of the plants, skirting plants, putting up various rows of trellis, Spraying IPM’s and doing drenches for our 2 rooms. When switching to Veg my tasks included making tanks, drenches, puffing up pots, transplanting, room transfers, room flips after transfer and ensuring the c02 and water barrels were full for the misters in the room. right now at this time weve dissolved a good amount of each dept, so currently my dept is wherever the job is need the most. Unfortunately shango closed its doors as of december 28th, 2025.
Cultivator
1 Year 9 Months- My responsibilities started as a canopy tech by skirting plants and deleafing canopies around the grow while also helping with harvests. As I made my way up to cultivator, I learned to mix nutrient media for the rooms, mixing up sprays and spraying rooms down, watching analytics for rooms to make sure their operating efficiently, while also combating issues such as mold, thrips, PM and etc. In my last few months, I was also tasked with leading my team on phase 2 and taking control of situations and leading people with their duties.
Harvester Associate
2 Years- My responsibilities were to cut down rooms and manicure the weed to hang and dry. When cutting down the rooms we would cut the trellis, cut the plants, put them in buckets and bring them back to the harvest room where we would destem the plants or manicure them to hang dry. Other responsibilities I had were helping grow flip and plant rooms, help trellis rooms, helping cure with their process and help them trim buds and remove stems.
Trimmer / Harvester / Packaging Associate
4 Months- My responsibilities include trimming buds and plants along with destemming the plants and trimming down buds to look as amazing as possible, without causing damage or hedging the bud. In packaging, I weighed out the product and packaged it to be put on the shelves up front. I can package up to six pounds in a day, if broken down into 100 eighths and 60 grams.
Refrigeration Tech
1 Year 7 Months- My top responsibilities as a Refrigeration Tech were to remove/install new refrigeration coolers for well-known grocery chains and businesses of similar background. I also built walk in cooler and freezer boxes for clients. A few other tasks I performed were pipefitting and brazing copper of all sizes, and I also was responsible to make sure everything worked properly. All while following the required safety protocols.
Sub Surface Utility Engineer
1 Year 6 Months- My main responsibility was to locate and expose any subsurface utilities the customer had asked for. At Cardno, (who is a contractor for SRP) I was responsible to undermine pull boxes, live fronts, and exposed electrical conduits, as well as digging 6ft to 10ft deep holes to replace their power poles. Other responsibilities that came with the job were safety, satisfaction of the customer, and being dependable.
Package Loader
8 Months- My primary responsibility was to load and unload semi-truck trailers. It was expected to load 400 boxes per hour, that's one every seven seconds and to unload 1,056 boxes per hour, which is one every three seconds. The environment is consistent and fast, but the handling of the boxes is just as important. We want them to be loaded and unloaded in a timely manner, but also with caution and care. Speed is key but our customers were our top priority.
Night Merchandiser & Cart Runner
7 Months- I collected carts for Sam's Club for five months. I was then offered a full-time position for night merchandiser at Sam's Club, a position that normally is not offered until after one year. It was my duty to re-stock everything and anything in all of the departments in a neat and timely manner.
Lot Technician
3 Months- My main responsibilities were to detail the lot of new and used cars as well as newly purchased vehicles. I would hand wash and power wash cars in the new and used lots as well. Occasionally, I would personally deliver cars to our customers when asked.
Pack Down Associate
4 Months- My responsibilities as a member of the pack down crew, was to stock product in all departments throughout the store. I would use machinery such as a forklift, electric pallet jack, stand up forklift, and an electric ladder to get the job at hand completed. Other tasks included setting up displays, watering plants, and assisting customers to find their product of interest.
Cast Member
3 Months- My job was to alternate between Concessions clerk and Usher. When I was working concessions, I would have to up sell product to the customers, handle various foods, serve drinks, clean dishes and handle money transactions. When I was scheduled as an usher, it was my job to clean the movie theatres in 2-3 minutes or less, using strategies to make the process easier and more efficient in time for the next showing.
