Peer Coach
- My responsibility as a Peer Coach for the summer of 2023 was to coach the younger, upcoming generation of Harlem Lacrosse.
- I have been a part of HL for seven years, ever since I was twelve years old.
- I, along with my twin sister Zarreen, am among the first female Harlem Lacrosse student-athletes to go Division I in lacrosse.
Accomplishments:
- 1) Mercersburg Academy's first-ever recipient of 'The Titus Leadership Award': Year of 2022.
- 2) Mercersburg Academy Graduation Award: 'The Tim O. Rockwell Award'.
- 3) Appeared on a Localish episode in 2022: 'Harlem-based twin sisters breaking barriers.'
- 4) Appeared on PIX 11 News at 13 years old in 2019: 'Harlem Lacrosse is breaking stereotypes around the sports.'
- 5) Mercersburg Academy's Sports: Most Outstanding Contributions Award (Lacrosse) in 2023.
- 6) 2022 Mid-Atlantic Prep League (MAPL): All-league selection: first team; Girls' Lacrosse.
- 7) Received numerous awards regarding sports through four years at Mercersburg Academy in three sports (field hockey, lacrosse, basketball); Beck Field Hockey Award (2021), Field Hockey Leadership Award (2023), Most Outstanding Contributions in Basketball (2022), etc.
- 8) Lettered varsity in all three sports (basketball, lacrosse, field hockey).
