- As a member of Whataburger, I did a variety of things; one of them was customer service. I learned customer service by taking orders from customers, and I would also help them if there was anything they needed assistance with, for example, how some of our offers worked, or if they spilled something and needed it cleaned.
- Also, at Whataburger, I was a cook, which means that I made the burgers and the fried foods. As a cook, I was expected to know how everything was made, their correct temperatures, and how to prepare the food correctly.
- Also, as a member, I was expected to clean, so as I worked, I cleaned my space to keep the environment clean and sanitary.
