My biggest achievement was clearly when I worked at REM Wisconsin as a direct support professional, and I helped a individual that hasn't spoke for roughly 30 years. I dedicated my time in helping that individual break through, and that made me who I am today that showed me what compassion does when you apply it.
Dynamic professional who has worked in fast pace manufacturing environments which I learned to work amazing with all different races, and ethnicities where there was a language barrier but we still set company records as part of a team.
Through identifying my failures, and working very hard I turned those failures into a positive direction, and I rised to the occasion and became a leader by example and helped my co workers. My ability to handle disagreements between co workers from a unbias point of view was what my supervisors saw and complimented me and gave me more responsibilities.
