Certificate of Appreciation

On the 14th deck of the historic monumental WRNMMC building the AC system was not functioning. I received the ticket  and arrived at the room, troubleshooted the system and fixed the problem. As I usually do, checked other equipments on other rooms and found number of FCU were not working, took time figuring out what the problem was. I talked to my manager what accessories and parts should I demanded. He let me submit the purchasing order of the parts. The next week all parts arrived, long story short I fixed all broken equipments. One of the units among many out of service was inside the Office of the Directorate for Resource Management, at the time he was out of his office when I was working. When he came back, he realized something different. The next day he called me to his office and told me the units(two FCU) in his office had never been working since he moved there for the last 2 years. That gave me the chance to disclose my hardworking habit and my ethical character. I became the first to get the Award and to be posted to the official facebook account of the center. This courage  initiated me for further endeavor and took responsibility to do all broken units on more than 8/9 floors each floor having close to 25 units.
