Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspection of refrigeration units

Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipments and their controls, including thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, damper motors,relays, filters, controls, belts.

Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installations and alteration of HVAC equipments, components, motors and wiring systems as needed; connect motors to control panels.

Lubricate and pack heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning motors, pumps,fans,and other equipments.

Installed,rebuild, replace or repair fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipments.

Maintain related records concerning time, labor, and materials; maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required.

Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance of AHU, EAF, RAF, FCU, base board heaters, VAV boxes, damper actuators, pneumatic controlling systems and tubing.
