• Collaborated with Chief Therapist in creating a workflow and policy for all Vision RT patients and treatments
• Assisted Chief Therapist with the integration of a new Trolley transfer system used for treatments into the department
• Assisted in developing the new ZiFix compression belt policy and procedure for CT Simulation and treatment
• Participated and interviewed many potential radiation therapist candidates and assisted in training new employees
