providing customer service to passengers in the airport checking bags , handling baggage , verifying tickets and passport assisting with boarding.

• Ensured passenger safety by conducting thorough pre-flight checks of wheelchairs and other mobility equipment.
• Assisted elderly passengers with boarding and deplaning, ensuring a smooth travel experience for all customers.
• Improved boarding efficiency by guiding passengers through airport processes and providing clear instructions.
