1. As the manager and technical backbone of the company's core technology department, I undertook the technical support work for many major projects in many hot fields with China's first-line high-tech enterprises.
2. Directly responsible for customers including Huawei, hisilicon, DJI and other well-known Chinese high-tech enterprises. The field of responsibility includes security monitoring, dashcam, drone camera, sports camera and many other cutting-edge application categories.
3. Have worked in many countries such as Japan, South Korea, India, with a broad international perspective.
4. As a technical backbone, I completed the jump in the ranks of technical supervisor, deputy department manager and department manager during more than 10 years of working in SONY, and was one of the fastest promoted technical managers among the post-80s employees of the company.
5. Due to excellent scientific research and innovation ability and team leadership, I won the "SONY Semiconductor Best Individual Contribution Award" in 2020, and only three people in the company won this award out of more than 200 people.

Main responsibilities: As a field technical application engineer, responsible for the customer technical support of CMOS chips for security monitoring and reversing cameras in the Chinese market.

Main achievements: As the only technical support engineer of PC1030 and PC1089 chips, the star products of Pixelplus, I completed technical support work for several key projects with an optimistic, hard-working attitude and customer-oriented service concept. During the most difficult period of the company (mobile phone business failure), It has made an important contribution to the company's performance in the security monitoring and reverse camera market.
