• Assist nurses and medical staff in order to improve safety, comfort and care of patients in Patient care unit for surgical and transplant patients.

While shadowing Dr. Serban Constantinescu in Nephrology, Kidney Transplant, and Pancreas Transplant, I observed how he interacted with his patients and listened to the types of questions he asked them that would be relevant to his diagnoses.

Dr. Serban has taught me much about how to interact with patient in a very professional yet personal level to make them feel comfortable as much as possible in order to have an excellent patient-doctor relationship.

Work with greeters at front door to take contact information and escort patients to destinations within the hospital.
