Constant responsibility to help customers select a bread, baked good, of their choosing as well as fill out order forms for cakes/cupcakes if needed.

Completed an array of tasks that were needed to be done. worked dynamically between packaging goods, making and decorating cakes and cupcakes.

Other daily tasks

• Arranged baked goods in attractive displays inside bakery cases to increase sales.
• Personalized cakes by writing desired words or adding other customizations.
• Restocked, labeled and Priced items to be sold in multiple cases around the store.
• Answered customers questions in an educated manner to help them, bring them to the item they were looking for, or point them in the direction of someone who could answer their question If I could not.

At this small family run business I worked in a team with only one or two other co workers. I would either waitress, or cashier for take out orders during that particular shift. Responsibilities I preformed during my time here included

• Greeted customers and provided menus.
• taking food and beverage orders and accurately answered any questions pertaining to the menu
• Utilized POS system to total meal costs and add taxes for final bill calculation.
• Collected dirty dishes and glasses from tables or counters, preparing areas for next diners.

When I had time I answered phone calls for Online or takeout orders, in a professional manner.

In addition I maintained a clean work station by restocking supplies, wiping down counters. At closing I cleaned dining room chairs, tables, floors and other surfaces.
