- Lead with event-related administrative functions including processing of payments, purchase orders, packing and shipment tracking, housing/rooming lists, tracking guest detail, transportation logistics, room set-up diagrams, equipment management, banquet event orders, catering as needed.

- Handle payments and purchase orders through ReQlogic in a timely manner.

- Planted and launched Connected Life Church together with my husband from a bible study of 6 people to a thriving and outward-focused church of 340 with average attendance.
- Developed lay leadership and staff to accommodate the addition of a second worship service and multiple services for Christmas and Easter.
- Launched the Children's ministry that grew from 3 children to an average attendance of 70 children within three departments. Nursery, toddlers, preschool and elementary.
- Launched and established the women's ministry with monthly gatherings and yearly events with an average attendance of 65 women.
- Established the Youth ministry from a small group of monthly gatherings to launching a bi-weekly youth ministry with an average of 50 students.
- Developed staff and lay leadership for Women's, Youth and Children ministries.
- Enhanced congregation growth by supporting innovative outreach programs and community engagement initiatives.
- Provided pastoral care to congregation members, offering guidance, support, and counseling when needed.
