Here I help operate a call center answering intercoms, a phone and a customer service window. We also work in booths at the exit lanes as cashiers making sure to collect the tolls being paid with cash or if the customer has any other issues regarding the garage, parking their vehicle we help them. There’s ambassador vehicles we drive around to make sure the garage is being checked. We look into the pay machines on the 4th floor and look for abandoned vehicles. If anyone needs help finding their vehicle we can offer help through our systems or with the ambassador. As the ambassador we can provide assistance bringing jump boxes or air pumps to the customers in need.
Working in the 3rd floor of the SeaTac airport parking garage guiding moving traffic. Another half was mostly customer service for those entering the floor, we had 7 positions two of them being on a podium next to the escalator. Answering any questions regarding the floor or airport related questions.
