As the Party Rental Manager of RR&S, I have many responsibilities. The most important being customer service. This included, but not limited to, answering the phone in a timely manner, meeting with prospective clients, recommending items for their event, taking payment, and emailing payment reminders. Besides helping plan the event, I also washed dishes and prepared them to go out for the customers. Scheduling deliveries, set up of event tents, and the return of any party rental items. I have a very strong work ethic and I believe in being on time and managing my time wisely.
