Hiking

I like to go outdoors when I can, and I have found Arcata to have many different hiking trails to explore. Being outdoors and taking a break from a busy life has helped me to recenter myself when I've had a busy or stressful week. Being able to hike has also gotten me back into the routine of exercise since the pandemic and has become an enjoyable outlet as well as keeping me in good health.
