My services offer management experience balanced between the Back and Front of House, believing that the guest experience is the most important thing, an effort made possible by supporting fellow team members. Having been fortunate to work with high quality, high volume food and beverage operation platforms, adaptability has become a tremendous asset. Exhibiting a calmness under pressure and continuing to use these experiences to enhance a winning team-based environment has been and remains key.
