2022 and added an 8th retail location and a saw mill in 2023.
•Implemented and managed company change to Epicor Bistrack from Epicor Eagle system and added 2 stores from ECI Spruce
•From Spruce system, completed data conversion (match, add, and abandon) of 18,000 unique products into system via Excel and SQL queries in 4 weeks
•Implemented/managed Epicor transition at acquired 8th retail location into system, including adding and joining an additional 16,000 items, as well as attached Saw Mill
•Championed training for over 100 users in Epicor Bistrack and established most processes
•Created SQL Queries used in Epicor Smartviews, Reports, Cubes, Templates, and other formats
•Helped bolster growth of over 65% in sales, raised GP, Turns, and GMROI in under 4 years partially through accurate reporting and cleansing Epicor Bistrack product, AR, and AP data
•Oversight and execution of change in providers of VOiP, e-mail host, and payment to fix infrastructure problems, and provided cost savings of almost 50% across company
•Responsible for the day-to-day operation of all networks in addition to maintaining network and system security
•Maintained all aspects of Epicor Bistrack data including permissions, users, computers, product, and all other system options
•Technical support (in person and remote), analyze, configure, and deploy all hardware and software

• Installation and troubleshooting for business hosted voice, PoE switches, SIP trunk, and static modems and routers
• Troubleshoot service issues/improve product quality with service equipment through the use of advanced digital field meter and diagnostic equipment

• Worked directly with Epicor and other vendors as the on-site liaison, and smart hands, for networking, hardware, and software support
• Set up all new computers, printers, and smart devices, as well as installing proper applications, software, performed all updates/maintenance, and configure users permissions, logins, and e-mail
• Sales, Purchasing, Receiving, and Inventory Control at 2 locations
