1. Supporting energy saving project and saved 4% electricity consumption of whole plant.

Responsibility:

1. Join a new joint venture between PB Leiner and a stated owned company, supporting new plant project of fish collagen peptides.

2. In charge of process for existing production plant of fish and beef collagen peptides.

3. Technically supporting project including process, communication between BU and local supplier, equipment selection.

Accomplishment:

1. Produced dozens of tons qualified collagen peptides with better quality by existing production plant.

2. Clarify technical requirement based on BU RFQ.

3. Supporting product specification draft

Responsibility:

1. Supporting local plant expansion project, communication between European BU and local team.

2. Optimizing local process and supporting local project.

Accomplishment:

1. Complete plant P&ID and layout drawing for expansion.

2. 6 months working in Belgium and UK and technically supporting Chinese plant by other plant experience.

3. Assigned as WWTP 1A upgrade project manager and effluent meets national specification.

1. In charge of QA/QC work of company.

2. In charge of all company labs.

3. Coordinate production, sales and procurement department to ensure raw material supply, production planning and sales planning.

4. Participative management of the supply chain.

Accomplishment:

1. ISO9001:2015 and ISO14004:2015 certified by TUV SUD for brand-new plant. Create quality management system.

2. Define products specification.

3. Supporting sales department to develop market and distribute accurate advanced measurement method to more than 20 customers.

4. Participate in supplier review and development.

5. Complete 6-sigma training.
