  • Assist the captain in all weather conditions (including but not limited to rain, fog, snow, high wind and seas, and hurricanes) at all times of the day and night docking and undocking, navigating, and steering the boat alongside large ships coming in and out while boarding Pilots on and off the vessel and adhering to strict timelines
