- Attended mandatory in person sales training for one week at the company's headquarters in Fort Smith.
- Learned how to sell freight to existing and customers to negotiate them down to my company's target rate.
- Learned how to work with the sales department to sell and meet quotas that were expected by the end of the quarter.
- Was on the company's sales floor and earned ABF over $9000 in revenue in the first 30 days after training.
- Learned how to operate multiple complex logistic software programs and is educated enough to operate daily duties.
- Went through inbound and outbound call training and learned how to talk to dispatchers, truck drivers, brokers, and customers professionally.
Account Development:

- Attended mandatory in person account development training for three weeks before starting my current position.
- The Company had reach a $1 Billion revenue in the 3rd quarter (Q3). This was the 1st time this has ever been done in the history of ArcBest's almost 100 years of operation.
- Coordinated the pickup and delivery appointments my company carriers need in order to successfully execute a shipment.
- Was granted access by Walmart CO. to properly use their TMS system known as Retail Link to schedule TL delivery appointments with Walmart's distribution centers (DC).
- Was one out of four individuals who managed the ArcBest Truckload Walmart account - my role was to coordinate the shipments on the east side of America specifically.
- Worked as a small team within the department to handle escalations with pick up and delivery appointments that occurred with shippers and distribution centers.
- Was granted access within my company to book shipments below the floor due to my previous role within the company of transferring from our sales team.
- Work with excel to create multiple spreadsheets and reports for our high demand client-Walmart.
- Made outbound calls to distribution centers to appoint and schedule appointments on a daily basis.
Third Party Logistics (3PL):
Dates start: February 3rd 2022
Finish: June 11th 2024
- Attended mandatory in person training for one week at the company's headquarters in Fort Smith.
- Was required to take incoming calls from carriers and customers both inquiring more information about their shipments with ABF.
- Corrected invoices and billing disputes manually through a program designed by ABFTech.
- Created email's advising customers on the status of their shipments and handled any issues that a shipment may have had from start to finish.
- Was made in charge of the Dominos Pizza 3PL account and was the main contact for the Target 3PL account for a little over a year.
- Used Excel to create multiple spreadsheets for the Target account and had weekly business discussions with Target's HQ in Minnesota regarding how business was doing.
