Responsible for overseeing the production of houses from start to finish. Scheduled trades and material deliveries. Weekly storm water reports. Became lead superintendent, helped the other superintendents get up to speed with the processes we had in place to manage production. Ran multiple software systems to track the builds, buildtopia was the software we used to schedule and communicate with trades. I used google drive to manage design selections, brochures and house plans. Created schedule templates through google spreadsheets. Attended weekly production meetings to resolve warranty issues and to discuss the future plans of the company. Held weekly safety meetings with the trades of each community to ensure that the required measures were being met to keep the job site safe.
Managed cabinet/trim crews on commercial jobs. Gathered field measurements for draftsmen to create cabinet designs. Met with project managers and superintendents that would hire us in order to ensure our schedule and plans would be coefficient with theirs.
Oversaw landscape and hardscape crews for residential and commercial jobs. Measured jobs and comprised material lists.
