Crew leader for landscaping company. My daily duties included managing a small crew by prioritizing projects, assigning work tasks, using equipment, monitoring work quality, insuring crew safety, and training employees. Some of my other duties included making sure plants grow well in their assigned area as well as cleaning up debris around yards and other areas including lawn and soil care and tree and bush maintenance.

Helped with all labor and making executive decisions on work tasks.

I worked what they called the ireg line. A conveyer belt that I had to pull all of the irregular packages off of and organize them in a different location.
