Restructured and professionalized my father’s investment structure to operate independently as he approaches retirement, and I opted not to take over due to my strong commitment to the operational and creative aspects of company building over investment management. In this process, I led the recruitment of an internal team, selected a multi-family office, overhauled our legal and financial provider network across countries, and implemented software for expense management and real-time asset tracking to establish a sustainable, self-sufficient framework.

At Momentu, I led the transformation of mental health care access across LATAM through technology, expanding our reach to 15 countries and supporting tens of thousands of employees. I grew Momentu from inception to a (small) exit.
