Martin Scala

I thrive on learning new skills quickly and approaches daily challenges with flexibility and openness to changing needs. Superior work ethic with excellent communication, multitasking and prioritization skills. Conversational abilities in Spanish, although I am limited with that, I have complete interest in becoming more and more adept with speaking Spanish.

Throughout my academic career, I have proved to show nothing but pure honorable work. I graduated with a 3.8, while taking classes from, Calculus, to AP English, AP physics and chemistry, and adding every single marketing class. I excelled in sports marketing, learning the ins and outs of sales and advertisements and even understanding the ideas of running businesses which I ultimately fell in love with that and I plan to highly pursue that in the future.

Continuing through my life, I also participated in sports since I was five years old. I played basketball, football, baseball, and later in high school I began wrestling. I was always looked at as a leader, as I always knew how to communicate with my teammates as well as show the proper example of how certain acts needed to be done. I also excelled very well when training and working as an individual which I perfected during wrestling, where in my first year I went to the state playoffs to compete for my school.

And continuing through my employment history. I am an extremely hard worker, and I am always hungry for the next opportunity and advancement. Especially with Aptive, as I went from a plain sales representative to a team leader with reps under me within one year. I take complete pride in my work and the full effort I put in.
