I'm an energetic teacher driven to continue to learn and grow professionally. Understanding and implementing new ideas and teaching strategies are interesting and important to me. Skilled at working with different learning styles, diverse levels of learners, and supportive staff. I have had student teachers and am a mentor teacher and believe that they need our guidance and support in order to be as successful as possible.

I would love to help teachers and students be their best selves by being a school improvement specialist. I believe that giving our teachers and staff support and strategies will help them be their best selves. Being involved in decision-making, curricular planning, and creating positive relationships are such important professional goals for me.
