• Plan, organize and manage information support services and programs for entire institution.
• Provide first-line supervision to information services personnel and associated external data integration entities.
• Design and communicate departmental strategic plans to campus administration and develop departmental and individual key performance indicators to give guidance on operational priorities and expectations.
• Provide overall administration of institutional ERP services resources, including project planning, operational budgeting, programming and support to over 3,500 custom processes/subroutines/web services, academic records integrity, technical assistance, purchasing, and system maintenance.
• Lead institutional application programming initiatives in an effort to better support our student community, aid in student retention, student academic program completion and optimize institutional operations. Primary programming language support with various object-oriented programming languages (PHP, JSP, .NET MVC, HTML/jQuery) and proprietary languages (UniBasic/UniQuery).
• Maintain and develop institutional SQL/BI data reporting and data warehouses with various complex data reports for all departments and instructional areas with the institution.
• Work with Institutional Effectiveness to build institutional data dashboards for daily institutional decision making and for institutional accreditation.
• Serve as Data Custodian for institution, ensure compliance with Texas Administrative Code, compliance to student privacy and data ethics, and approve/maintain/develop custom API and batch data integrations to internal and external systems (On site and Cloud based).
• Develop and maintain operational policies and maintenance/licensing agreements pertaining to critical ERP and application functions, ensuring departmental and institutional adherence is maintained and align with institutional information security policies, as well as follow state guidelines.

• Serve as a Team Lead with IT Infrastructure, DevOps, Internal and External Services.
• Administer and maintain a broad array of hardware and software systems.
• Provide day-to-day support of both ESC and Local Education Agency hardware and software systems.
• Deploy, automate, maintain hybrid private cloud-based production services.

• Developed enterprise solutions for companies who need to manage assets such as overall lease and well production, pump jacks, tank batteries, manufactured items, and other oil field related equipment or locations.

• Developed enterprise field service management solutions to keep track of all work order/ticket information (parts, labor, equipment, schedule, etc).

• Built custom mobile applications for above solutions that allowed for high usage in the field, on or offline with minimal loss of data.

• Responsible for complex technical analysis, application software support and software development in a variety of enterprise software application areas.
• Responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, and daily operations of the Jenzabar PX/POISE Student Information Systems (SIS) including Registration/Academic History, Student Billing/Receivables, Financial Aid and Institutional Reporting. 
• Developed, customized and enhanced web-based service delivery systems for students, faculty and staff including on-line registration and degree planning.
• Developed reports as needed for State and Federal reporting requirements, insuring compliance with all applicable laws and mandated guidelines.
• Created and maintained interfaces between the SIS and various internal and external software systems.
• Planned, designed, and streamlined technical and business processes for new and existing University requirements and insured the quality, integrity, and security of SIS data and systems.
