MISSIONARY EXPERIENCE
I had the privilege to travel with my local church (from Kissimmee, FL) to feed the hungry and feed the spirits of the poor and needy in the area of La Ceiba, Honduras. I went on two trips, averaging about two weeks each. This was a very rewarding and eye-opening experience. It left a permanent awareness of how blessed we are in this country, even the poorest of us. I learned not to take for granted the little things that many others do not have.
