Work with men and women who are incarcerated in our state correctional facilities. I go into the prisons to meet and evaluate the individual to see if they are a good fit for the apprenticeship program for Heat Pump training.

After release, I bring them into our apprenticeship program and connect them with housing and all their basic needs. I then mentor them and help navigate their.

Re-entry process through the apprenticeship program.
