Communicated and implemented all safety and infection control protocols with staff, community members and family members.

Secured all personal protective equipment, modified all operations, including dining,recreation and visitation in order to keep everyone safe.

Was part of the leadership team that rolled out the Greenhouse Program at JHAL. This included all aspects of education and skills enhancement, staff evaluation and re-organization to adapt to Greenhouse Model values and processes.

Since retiring in July of 2021, has facilitated weekly men's group meeting at the Assisted Living. Currently there are 12 elders that participate and the group is self directed where all members share their feelings and knowledge and opinions on whatever topic the group decides to discuss
