Lanqing Xiao

As a University of California, Davis undergraduate, I am excited about your winemaking apprenticeship. My major, economics, has given me a good foundation in analytical and critical thinking. I'm considering a second degree in Viticulture and Enology next quarter to expand my academic options. Viticulture is a new but growing passion of mine. I'm excited to obtain industry experience and see how economics and viticulture might go together. I think part-time work in the winter/spring quarter would be a great way to start my fieldwork while pursuing my academic goals. I can handle the internship's fall part-time and summer full-time responsibilities.
