In order to do this job well, I have to communicate with all sorts of people. I am asked many questions about a variety of topics. I answered questions about store policies and addressed customer concerns. I helped customers complete purchases, locate items and join reward programs. Many of these required me to take action. I could not simply wait for someone else to help them. I had to step up to the plate and do it myself, especially when it came to helping the manager solve problems I am not required to. I have to take responsibility for my actions and do my very best.
