I am a goal-oriented instructional leader driven to help students and staff focus on learning by maintaining discipline and a system of accountability. I believe in a system of on-going staff development designed to equip teachers with successful classroom strategies for student responsibility and the continuous growth of everyone. I further believe that parents and the surrounding community are strongly represented by the success of the school; therefore, they or their representatives will hold a high hierarchy in much of the decision making within the school. This help in decision making will occur through the use of surveys, meetings, phone calls, emails, school website, etc.
