I have worked for Umpqua Bank for six months now and have genuinely enjoyed each moment, from the interview process, to the present. I feel that with my background as an HR Team Member and starting at Umpqua as a Client Service Specialist, I have a great grasp on the type of candidate the company needs and the type of candidate that would strive here. I have proven myself in my current role by seeking new knowledge, effectively learning the procedures, and observing the team members here before me. I understand that with my current role at Umpqua, I am capable of changing and/or improving the lives of our clients by using my knowledge of our services and resources, which I find truly rewarding. I am able to maintain composure and professionalism while still connecting with clients regardless of the situation presented to me.
