I went to West-Oak High and graduated in 2008. I always wanted to be a High School basketball Coach but I realized financially that wasn't the best decision at the time. I started to work at a machine shop and fell in love with programming machines and then decided to go to college for it. Once i became financially successful I still wanted to get back in to coaching, So, I called Coach Norizan(my high school coach) and told him if he had any room i would love to coach for him. Yes, it was at Walhalla but i knew that was my best chance to get into coaching. Once i had the opportunity to Coach at West-Oak i couldn't turn it down.
Me and my Wife started the Westminster Tribe travel ball program to get our kids to play more basketball in the offseason. Right now we have a 3rd,5th,7th and 9th grade team with a total of 59 kids that are or will/plan to be attending West-Oak high. I want it to be a developmental club for West-oak High. We Actually haveTribe baseball and softball starting this fall with 3 different age groups. Whether i get the head coaching job or not I will still be coaching these kids as much as i can with the Tribe. I want West-oak to be great at basketball/all sports, Its not gonna happen until more time gets invested in these kids.
