I consistently performed in the top 3% of the company-wide in customer satisfaction and sales performance. This role required proficiency in both written and verbal communication, critical thinking, as well as time management. Excelling in this position required an ample amount of self-discipline and an unwavering motivation to alleviate the financial and emotional woes of my clients. Working in unison with an interprofessional team comprised of managers, floor supervisors, and company attorney's aided in the broadening my repertoire of problem-solving skills.

Both physical and mental tenacity were prerequisites for this position, as I was required to promptly identify hazardous issues and implement appropriate precautions when necessary. Traversing infested crawl spaces and scaling the rooftops of compromised homes were among my many job requirements. Managing dozens of client accounts and the associated customer service has aided greatly in my other career endeavors. I concluded my summer sales experience with the highest sales numbers in my region and top 5% company-wide.

The ability to discern a customer's preferences and perform artistry skills accordingly required an impressive amount of patience and product knowledge. Time management was also a priority, as I would typically manage several clients at once while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Stocking and selling merchandise while implementing proper sanitation measures elevated my attention to detail.
