• Solicited artist submissions for the festival annually
• Worked closely w/ the Executive Director to thoughtfully curate the artist lineup and schedule (approx 40-50 artists annually)
• Drafted and submitted all offers
• Negotiated the guarantee and all other terms and conditions for the contract
• Marked up and managed all artist contracts and riders
• Established and annually protected the deposit structure and terms
• Managed and facilitated all artist deposits and payment schedules
• Settled w/ all artists
• Artists booked for GMF include, The Avett Brothers, Billy Strings, Nas, The Roots, Father John Misty, Brandi Carlise, Gary Clark Jr, Sofi Tukker, De La Soul, Black Pumas, Erykah Badu, The Revivalists, Modest Mouse, Portugal. The Man, Trombone Shorty, The Flaming Lips, The Meter Men w/ Page McConnell and many others
• Booked and managed all production for GMF Productions. Clients include Coppertail Brewing, Palma Ceia Country Club, Water Street, Sparkman Wharf and others

• Advanced and coordinated all production needs and logistics with artists
• Advanced and coordinated all hospitality and ground transport with artists
• Managed all production and artists budgets Including; stage, sound, lights, video, backline, hospitality, ground transport, stage labor
• Managed all production loadin, setup, breakdown and loadout
• Hired and managed all stage managers, stage hands, artist relations, hospitality, and artist transport teams
• Settled with all production vendors and stage labor
• Handled all production needs for private event clients, while working within the established budgets

• Helped identify and secure venue sites for one-off drive-in concerts during COVID
• Negotiated agreement terms with each venue site
• Negotiated and secured all needed production, including, stage, sound, lights, generators, fencing, etc
• Built all loadin schedules and managed production loadin/loadout for each event

• Overnight dispatch and support for artist and staff transpo
• Made real time adjustments as needed to the transpo grid
• Scheduled any transfer requests that came in overnight
• Maintained a realistic schedule for drivers
• Ensured all vehicles were fueled up by morning

• Booked all top line artists
• Advanced all production with artists and coordinated logistics with venues and production teams
• Coordinated all loadin schedules and parking w/ artists
• Coordinated all backline

**This event took on a life of a local/regional incubator utilizing a couple real music venues and creating unique venue space in supportive businesses

***In 2012, we had 99bands on 10stages on 1day and was Creative Loafing's (readers pick) 'Best of the Bay' Music Festival for '12

****Approx 90 of these artists were based in Florida

• Using a 15pax van, I drove artists and crew to/from airports, train stations, hotel, venue site, etc.

• The last year I worked, I was the production runner
• Worked closely w/ the Production manager and Quartermaster to source anything they needed on site

• Managed the late night shows at Culture Room
• Acted as a liaison between the venue and artist
• Advanced and shopped for all hospitality each night
• Made sure the tour PM and house PM were on the same page
• Handled any issues that arose
• Assisted at the door when needed
• Settled with the artists
• Settled merch

**2008, the event moved to Big Cypress and was a camping event. I worked on the hospitality team.

• Shopped and organized all artist's hospitality for the festival
• Organized green room schedules
• Managed turning green rooms for the next artist
• put together a grill and cooked Bison burgers for Michael Stipe
