when i was fist sarting out in this company I was casher, After that iI worked my way up to transfer to the back of house to tag and put new merchandice on the sales floor. From there i was promoted to lead casher. After doing that for a while i was promoted to customer serviced lead.. then is was ultimetly promoted to customer service supervisor .
My duties were to maintain front end. Any discrepense would be comunicared with the store manger, Making sure all tlls are even for the day Audit the cashiers and sca's. opening the store or closing the store. Nightly deposits and counting the safe to make sure its even, prepare till for the day/close and count tills. seend emails to upper management of the profits for the day. I also was to do the daily debits by scanning them and prepare for disposal after mangers approval. I did some interviews as well.
When I first sarted with Walmart I was socking the shelves, Then I was promoted to cashier in the garden center or in the store if needed,
working in the garden area i was responable for watering the plants, cashiering, also did some assemblely of out door cooking grills and wheel barrows.
