• Graphics Processor Board:- Developed FUJITSU Ruby processor-based processing and overlaying Board for DARE-DRDO. Working closely with design and manufacturing team to gather and prioritize requirements. Board Bring up, Derating, stress and MTBF Analysis.
• Railways Driver Display Unit:- Developed Driver display unit for WAP5 to WAP9 Indian Locomotive. Schematic Design, simulation BOM generation, Netlist Verification, Prepare hardware design documents, Derating Analysis.
• Weather Radar Indicator IN2025C, Hardware Design Engineer, FPGA and processor based the display for weather radar for Mahindra Telephonic. Architecture Design and Component Selection. I/O and Power calculation.
• Vehicle Detection System:- ARM cortex M4 based smart vehicle monitoring system. GPS, GPRS, Accelerometer Gyroscope Magnetometer and LIDAR based system. Schematics design, Layout review and board bring up. Worked with cross-functional teams (software, firmware, mechanical, PLM & production teams).
• Time Domain Reflectometer:- Intel Cyclone-IV FPGA based device to generate and capture very high-speed pulse to detect Fault in Transmission Line. Power Budgeting and IO calculation as per Cyclone IV EP4CE22E22C8. Circuit design, PCB layout review, system and board level signal integrity & EMI/EMC Analysis.
• OHE Stagger Detector:- ARM Cortex-M0+ based Design for Indian railways OEH stagger detection by the Proximity sensors and GP. Design, Develop and debugged. Project co-ordination, circuit designing.
• Single Phase Smart Energy Meter:-ARM Cortex-M0+ based single Phase smart energy meter for OMRON Corporation. Using with temper sensor and Latching Relay. Schematic entry, Net list verification board bring up and calibrated. Designed all section Analog, Digital, Power supply (SMPS), LCD display and Optical Interface Section.
• Solar Lantern:-Low cost and low power consumption Solar lantern with mobile charging facility. Worked as associate Design engineer. In house mounted all component and tested board by me.
