  • Worked with upstream technology teams to eliminate contact misrouting issues at the source and fix the defect. This helped in the accurate routing of 1 million contacts a year (20% of overall contact volume).
  • Identified an Amazon in-house product called the Speech Analytics tool and worked with the CS tech, SA tech team, and Business Analytics teams to build dashboards that would transcribe calls and provide rich insights for program and Ops teams to conduct dives and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Built analytics and reporting endogenously with a weekly cadence to publish them to 20+ sites to provide data views on the best/worst performing sites, Tp75/Tp90/Tp100 worst seller experience contacts, and new hires vs. tenured ASC performance—critical to delivering the program goal.
  • Led the efforts with the Training Org and collaborated with Ops to collate the use case scenarios on pain points for ASC, and the most frequently contacted reasons by sellers.This helped in developing training campaigns that were laser-focused to improve the call metrics by 400 bps.
