Supervising the amnesty team responsible for clearing obstructions, fallen inventory, and equipment issues on the automated robotic storage floors. Oversees Amnesty Floor Monitors (AFMs) who safely enter robotic zones to retrieve dropped items, fix drive units, and realign storage pods. Monitors software tools like the pod console, robotic portal systems, and andon response alerts to direct rapid problem-solving. Assigns daily duties, runs shift startup meetings, and tracks metrics for the department. Enforces strict safety protocols for robotic floor access and trains team members on error prevention.
Entering the fenced robotic floor to clear fallen inventory or "drive crashes". Rebooting automated robotic drives and sorting equipment. Enforcing strict safety protocols when personnel step onto the active floor.
Provides hands-on, daily care to patients and works under the direct supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs). Help patients bathe, dress, groom, and use the restroom. Serve food, assist patients with eating, and track liquid or food intake. Measure and record temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Help patients move, walk, transfer to wheelchairs, or turn in bed to prevent bedsores. Observe physical and emotional changes in a patient and report them right away to nursing staff.
