In my current position here at CTVSEH, I handle the tasks of being a Client Representative. My job duties consist of handling all incoming emergencies, checking in patients, answering phone calls, and handling all money transactions. This can be a super fast-paced environment, which causes me to be alert and attentive at all times.
During my time at Spoleti, my responsibilities included, but were not limited to, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, taking payments, inventory, and etc. I would also directly help the hairstylists with their social media platforms, ensuring pictures of their work would be posted, as well as always posting the salon's schedule on the company Instagram.
During my time with Foundation Communities, I worked as an overnight desk clerk, where I jumped around 6 apartment complexes that offered assistance to disabled and low-income individuals. In my position, I checked in every guest, monitored cameras, walked around to ensure all was intact, helped tenants pay rent, and offered assistance to tenants when needed.
As a cashier I would be the first point of contact for all customers, I would scan and check out the groceries, bag all items, handle all cash transactions, and occasionally pushed carts in the parking lot.
As a team lead, I took charge in opening our store or closing the store daily, I handled all cash transactions and making sure cash was intact. Along with that, I also was in charge of inventory for our store, and making sure the weekly schedules were out in time.
