
started cooking from a younger age during Elementary and have been cooking since, once in high school I decided to take cooking classes and further my education in the field, and decided to work a job as a prep cook for a year to earn money before heading to college. and i have learned how to be more efficient in the kitchen, and how to multitask, as well as how to keep my station clean and organized while working, cleaning my dishes during any free moments to prevent the build-up. I have also gained some skill with the knife, but I still have much to improve. I have also learned the value of needing good shoes while working for long hours.
