• The version of Microsoft Navision we edited was a custom built version for NFP
• It has its own coding language

• I worked part time during the school year
• I answered phones and helped professors and students with desktop issues.

• I worked full time as a summer intern at OK DHS-DSD
• During this time I answered phones and helped other OK DHS employees with their computer problems, if I could not resolve the problem I would create a work order for a higher level technician to complete.
