- Had to manage my team and get them motivated to go above and beyond at their job and helping the rest of our crews
- Had to control the valves on the barge and makes sure we were loading and distributing fuel equally amongst the barge to keep it level
- This dealt with Lube Oils, Diesel, Asphalt, and Water
- I had to teach other about the pressurized tanks and how to care for them safely and properly
- When sitting too long, they become highly pressurized and we had to reroute that pressure for safe openings
- If there was a damaged tank, or we could not use a particular barge, as Lead Dock Tankerman, I had to Lockout Tagout the equipment so no one would attempt using it
- Consistently Move heavy objects weighing over 50lbs and up to 100 lbs
