  • Set up machines to start production cycles and controlled machine settings. Work flow started in Stave core with multiple jobs daily. Usually 50 plus doors daily.
  • Inspected machine parts with measuring tools. The 5 head Moulder used required blade balancing, zeroing out motor heads to accurately set up profiles and constant parameter changes to pay attention to.
  • Efficiently read and interpreted blueprints. Door and stile blueprints changed daily and always needed accuracy.
  • Kept accurate records of defective units or products.
  • Fed raw materials into machines.
  • Made sure that products were produced on time and are of good quality.
  • Inspected finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. If products were found to be bad, We set up a system to reuse materials that weren't damaged.
  • Trained a team of 5 to run certain machines at certain times to stream line the process efficiently, similar to an assembly line.

  • EFI small engine tuning- modifying ECUs to change the behavior of vehicles with air/fuel ratios on my own vehicles for fun and as a enthusiast. along with working on my own vehicle repairs such as brakes, oil, electrical and body repair.
  • Playing guitar and production- i write and play music as a hobby, its still something im passionate about to this day. i have done live sound for venus and enjoy setting up for a whole live band to play.
  • Electronic and tech coding- i often play around with circuit boards and raspberry PI, a single board computer used for learning coding and basic computer science. i have experience soldiering circuit boards and fixing gaming consols for myself and friends. I learned a lot of the basics in electronics in boces in high school.
