· Building out both Jabber clients, and physical phones
· Provide technical support for customers and field techs in a NOC environment
· Troubleshoot various Cisco platforms including CUCM, Unity.

· Operating Systems: Cisco CUCM, Unity, UCCX, CME, CUE, HCS, Juniper, Meraki.
· Provide technical support for customers and field techs on Nortel PBX, Meridian Mail, CallPilot and other telecommunications products
for external and internal customers
· Monitoring alarms generated caused from LAN and WAN faults.
· Isolated issues on Sprint’s Data Link/Vision Static network
