  • Developed, refined, and launched 13 different products across 4 product lines (protein, energy, keto, CBD) under the Siren Snacks brand. This included all initial product development, R&D testing with a food scientist, packaging design, and production planning.
  • Lead all operations and production efforts, including setting up a full-scale self-manufacturing facility, where we produced over 100,000 units a month with a team of eight. Managed all facility operations, including production planning, new staff hiring and training, quality assurance testing, third-party audits, fulfillment, and logistics. Eventually, we outgrew the space and needed additional capacity, so we led the search and transition to a contract manufacturing facility. Set up and managed three contract manufacturers and a 3PL, who produced and shipped all products. Constantly optimized the supply chain to reduce material costs, improve distribution, and negotiate contracts with suppliers for ingredients and services.
  • Successfully raised Pre-Seed and Seed funding rounds, totaling $2.5 million in funding from a combination of angel and institutional investors.
  • Secured, launched, and scaled product lines in over 7,000 stores nationwide, including Target, Whole Foods, CVS, Costco, and Kroger. Helped with store rollouts, marketing, and promotional planning to help move products.
  • Oversaw all accounting, financial, and operational modeling, and improved planning and forecasting to minimize out-of-stock issues for inventory.
