In this role, I worked with clients under 18 as well as adults ranging early 20s all the way into the mid 40, supporting their behavioral and emotional needs. I followed support plans and helped clients improve in their daily lives while staying patient and using strong communication to manage different situations. I also kept records and wrote reports on their progress, while working closely with my team to make sure clients received consistent care.
A big part of my role was encouraging clients to build good habits and become more independent over time. I understood when to step in and support them and when to give them space to figure things out themselves, which helped them grow in confidence. Because of my performance, teamwork, and the way I supported clients, I received an excellent end-of-year review.
Tech Mahindra is a subsidiary company contracted with TalkTalk Telecommunications. They handle various campaigns for TalkTalk, including their complaints department, order management, and technical support.

My Roles throughout the business:
I dealt with testing future campaigns being rolled out by TalkTalk, retaining customers, handling complaints, proactively tackling issues, analysing data spreadsheets and booking specialist engineers for vulnerable customers.
