ABDUL RAFIU HARUNA

I am a young man with a burning desire to impart lives and contribute significantly to social change. Throughout my journey in education, I have volunteered for services that are geared toward making society a better place for all regardless of status, color and creed. I intend to pursue a career international affairs with a specialization in diplomacy. This vision is inspired by my regard for soft power and the need to silence the guns and resort to diplomatic tools such as integration, negotiations and cooperation in the affairs of the world.

• I am affiliated to the university of Ghana center for diplomacy and International relations. A reputable research institute that have conducted a wide range of researches in global issues.

• I am affiliated hto the forum for accountable Ghana. A policy think thank that is dedicated to making sure public institutions are accountable to the people. I served as the public relations officer for two years.
• I am affiliated to the Obaasima Foundation. A foundation that is passionate about women empowerment and social justice. We have succeeded in shaping policies that borders on women issues. Our recent initiative is the removal of taxes on sanitary pads.
• I am affiliated to the Missouri State University International programs and graduate student senate.
